**At this time, refunds and exchanges are only accepted for pillow covers.**
Refunds must be requested within seven (7) days of delivery by filling out the contact form on the website.
Pillow cover(s) must be sent back at the customer's expense and in new/unused condition in order for a refund to given. Once the pillow cover(s) has/have been inspected, a refund will be processed. Please allow 3-4 business days for your refund to be processed.
